T-Mobile requests FCC permission to conduct 3.5GHz equipment tests

T-Mobile is interested in run some 3.5GHz tests. T-Mobile recently submitted an application for special temporary authority with the FCC, requesting permission to operate in the 3.5GHz band. If there’s one thing we’re short on in the world of T-Mobile devices, it’s big Windows Phones. But, there’s a small glimmer of hope shining from FCC filings which could indicate that’s about to change. Windows Phone 8.1 update arrives for T-Mobile Lumia 521

Last week, the Lumia Cyan/Windows Phone 8.1 update finally arrived for the Nokia Lumia 925 on T-Mobile.
