Court Rejects T-Mobile’s Appeal to Dismiss Suit Over Sprint Acquisition

Last week, the Chicago-based 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected T-Mobile’s appeal to dismiss a class action suit over its Sprint merger.
