Samsung Vibrant Qualifies Only As First Phone For The Buy One Get One Free Sale

Ok, so… just one more article on the Samsung Vibrant tonight, this time answering quite a bit of your comments from previous posts regarding the buy one get one status. As you can see above, the Samsung Vibrant will be available for the first handset in the current buy one get one sale starting July 15th. There isn’t much more to this, however this should quite nicely put to rest any debate on the status … [read full article]

Blackberry 6 Says Hello On A New Video

Blackberry still holds a special place in my metaphorical “heart” for the joys I have experienced over the years using their devices. While they still remain the smart phone leader in the US, the future of that tenure is up in the air as Android continues its meteoric rise and iPhone 4 sells out just about everywhere. While we doubt the folks in Waterloo are sitting on their laurels, it does seem as though they haven’t been … [read full article]

(Updated) Samsung Vibrant T-Mobile Promo Video

Update: One more video for you, courtesy of Facebook.com/TMobile, the official T-Mobile Facebook page. The Samsung Vibrant news train rolls on this time with a promotional video specifically for the T-Mobile Vibrant. Showing off both the phone and its bountiful features it’s just enough to hold you over for just a few more days until the phone drops. While some of you are still hearing the Vibrant is still planned for a July 21st … [read full article]

T-Mobile Closing Its Doors In 2011? Not So Fast!

Update: Thanks to a sharp reader I did indeed incorrectly source the Wall Street 24/7 article which states companies that WILL disappear in 2011 when the Yahoo News article erroneously states companies that MAY disappear, guess I should pay more attention too. Doesn’t change the fact that it doesn’t say the company itself will disappear, just the brand so T-Mobile may live on according to them only under a different name and perhaps different ownership. Either … [read full article]

HTC Mozart Headed To Magenta?

It has been a while since we’ve heard anything regarding the next iteration of Microsoft’s Windows Mobile OS, Windows Phone 7 and its plans to land on Magenta’s shores. That’s all about to change, starting right now. According to one of our highly trusted sources, the HTC Mozart is headed to our very own, T-Mobile USA. If you may recall, recently the HTC Mozart’s existence was confirmed via XML files on the manufacturer’s own site. … [read full article]

Be The First To Own The Samsung Vibrant, Thanks To eBay

One of the posts I enjoy doing most around here is the almost clockwork like eBay sale that inevitably comes before the release of a high profile device like the Samsung Vibrant. We’ve seen it with the myTouch Slide, myTouch 3G, and the Motorola Cliq just to name a few. Something to mention here is the failure of the seller to get the proper bands right for the T-Mobile edition only mentioning Bands … [read full article]

Webconnect Rocket 2.0 Coming Soon

Well what do you know, Webconnect Rocket 2.0 is coming soon. The only true HSPA+  device in the T-Mobile lineup is about to get a tiny makeover while maintaining its sleek figure. The good news, this one out of the box works on both PC and Macs and can accommodate up to 16GB of additional storage, backwards compatible and you get the idea. We’re not quite of a release date on this one but we’re hearing … [read full article]

Reminder To Pre-Order The T-Mobile Samsung Vibrant At Radio Shack And Get A $50 Dollar Gift Card

Update: Since I apparently missed the original posting of this while I was gone, let this post just serve a reminder because prior to posting the above image, I had tried to capture the 7/12 pre-order date with phones shipping 7/15 for those of you who still wanted to take advantage of the gift card. I don’t know why T-Mobile is allowing retail employees to know of a 7/15 release date but not retailers themselves, unless … [read full article]

MobileBurn Goes Hands On With The LG Sentio

A smartphone it isn’t but the LG Sentio is quite the full-featured dumbphone, which should please anyone looking for the basics plus a few extra bells and whistles. One of a trio of LG devices to land on T-Mobile USA, most of us likely wait for one of the something with a little more “oomph” hopefully landing on the T-Mobile doorstep soon. Given that two more LG devices are set on the rumored T-Mobile 2010 … [read full article]
