Word coming in from BGR is that Best Buy is currently experiencing troubles activating new T-Mobile lines. According to BGR, Best Buy’s new line activation system for T-Mobile has been down for almost a week. T-Mobile has released another commercial in its myTouch4G/4G-network campaign, this time knocking video calling over wifi. This commercial highlights the limitations imposed by wifi only video chat when one of the users steps outside the wifi zone, or in the case of this commercial, outside the cones. Look at what we have here. The FCC just dropped a little Christmas present for Magenta fans, confirming our original post regarding a T-Mobile MiFi from earlier this week. The FCC document reveals the device is manufactured by the Chinese based ZTE, and the device is labeled “T-Mobile 4G Mobile Hotspot”. So yeah, its definitely a lock for Magenta.
