Report: T-Mobile making “Cross Channel Returns” option available soon

Things appear to be changing for T-Mobile thanks to a recently leaked document. T-Mobile postpones CDMA shutdown date for another three months

Some T-Mobile & Sprint customers unable to call 911

T-Mobile and Sprint customers in select parts of the country were unable to call 911 for a short duration of time. The issue was made known by the city of Rockford and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office.  According to the report, city officials alerted T-Mobile and Sprint customers about the issue via a tweet. T-Mobile starts migrating Sprint customers

T-Mobile has started to automatically migrate Sprint accounts into its billing system. This appears to be another move that T-Mo is doing to finalize the transfer of Sprint customers into its system.  The report comes from The T-Mo Report, who shared some documents about the “Magenta Complete” program. T-Mobile will pay up to $1,000 of your smartphone when you switch

T-Mobile is running a new switcher offer and it looks like it may just be its best one yet.  Earlier today, T-Mobile announced that they are helping customers make the switch to their 5G network. T-Mobile stores report dashboard issues

There may be some issues going on with T-Mobile’s internal system.  This was earlier reported by The T-Mo Report, who shared an internal document along with first-hand information from employees that some retail locations are having an internal system issue.
