It was all the way back in July when we first got word that T-Mobile would stop offering FlexPay service and begin migrating customers to PostPaid or Monthly 4G plans in order to make account changes. Fast forward to today and news that T-Mobile’s FlexPay Care and Migrations team are to begin offering Grandfathered Postpaid rate plans to all eligible customers as a selling point to migrate. T-Mobile will begin it’s FlexPay phaseout as early as December 2011 and customers migrating to Postpaid:

• Can keep their same rate plan
• Migrate without needing to sign a contract or pay a migration fee
• Choose to change to a Classic or Value plan, not a requirement

FlexPay customers take note, it’s time to start thinking about changing that plan.
