Thinking about buying a Galaxy Note 10+ 5G this week? If you do, you’ll be greeted by a nice little surprise when you boot it up.
T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note 10+ 5G comes with Android 10 and Samsung One UI 2.0 out of the box. Confirmed by T-Mobile’s Des Smith, this news is notable because it means the T-Mo Note 10+ 5G is the first Samsung phone to ship with Android 10 in tow.
It’s expected that Samsung will begin updating the regular Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will to Android 10 in January, but there’s no word yet on when that update will arrive on T-Mobile devices.

The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren Edition that’s coming to T-Mobile will also ship with Android 10 out of the box, so no matter which of T-Mo’s new 5G phones you choose, you will be on the latest version of Android.
Both the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G and OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren Edition are now available for pre-order from T-Mobile. They’ll launch in stores this Friday, December 6th.
