LG Stylo 4 launches at MetroPCS with 6.2-inch screen and built-in stylus
MetroPCS has offered previous models of LG’s stylus-equipped Stylo phones in the past, and now the brand new model has launched at T-Mobile’s prepaid brand as well.
The LG Stylo 4 is now available from MetroPCS. The device’s original price is set at $239, but Metro is knocking that down to $179 with an instant discount.
When it comes to features, one of the highlights of the LG Stylo 4 is its built-in stylus. LG has even added some special software features that make use of that stylus, like Screen off Memo for taking notes without having to turn your screen on and GIF Capture, when you can use to take snippets of video, edit them, and turn them into GIFs that you can share.
LG has also equipped the Stylo 4 with a large 6.2-inch 2160×1080 screen for you to write on with that stylus. Inside the phone there’s an octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage (20.94GB usable), and a microSD card slot. There’s a 3300mAh battery powering the whole package, too.
Around on the back of the LG Stylo 4 is a 13MP camera with phase detection autofocus and a fingerprint reader below it, and on the front is a 5MP camera with wide angle lens. Rounding things out is Android 8.1 with a custom LG user interface, DTS:X Surround Sound tech, NFC, and a QLens feature that’ll let you use the camera to get information on where to buy products online, perform an image search for matching photos of what you’re pointing your camera at, or scan a QR code.
The LG Stylo 4 includes support for LTE bands 2, 4, 5, 12, 66, and 71.
Thanks, Darryl!
