The Galaxy S9 and S9+ have started hitting T-Mobile customers’ doorsteps ahead of the official launch this Friday, and it looks the first softaware update is also going out early.
T-Mobile Galaxy S9 and S9+ owners are now receiving a software update. Screenshots shared by users on Reddit show that the 259.99MB update includes stability improvements for the Face Unlock and Camera features.
T-Mo hasn’t posted information for these updates on its Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ support pages quite yet, so it’s unclear what other improvements they might bring.
If you’ve already got a Galaxy S9 or S9+ and haven’t yet gotten this update, you can go into Settings > Software update > Download updates manually to check for it yourself.
