UPDATE: T-Mobile has confirmed that updates are now hitting the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge. They both include domestic data roaming improvements and a Band 66 Handover fix.

ORIGINAL: Another Galaxy Note 4 update is now rolling out.

T-Mobile is now pushing a security update to the Galaxy Note 4 that includes the January 1, 2017 Android security patches. TmoNews reader Hector received the update this morning, and after installing the 60.54MB update, the Note 4 was on software version N910TUVS2EQB1.

T-Mo hasn’t yet updated its Note 4 support page with info in this update, so it’s unclear what else might be included.

It’s also worth noting that while T-Mobile hasn’t yet updated its Galaxy Note Edge support page, that device is also likely receiving this security update. The Note 4 and Note Edge have gotten software updates simultaneously in the past, so it’s likely that that’s the case with this update, too.
