T-Mobile is going all out for Super Bowl LI.
After revealing a Super Bowl ad with Justin Bieber, Rob Gronkowski, and Terrell Owens a few days ago, T-Mobile today took the wraps off of two more ads that’ll air during the big game. The first, titled “#BagofUnlimited”, stars Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg and show Stewart trying to finish Snoop Dogg’s sentence when he says that the T-Mobile One unlimited data plan is “all that and a bag of”.
T-Mobile’s second ad stars Kristen Schaal in a 50 Shades of Grey parody titled “#Punished.” The commercial takes some shots at Verizon for things like its billing.
T-Mo isn’t stopping there, because it’s got two more ads that it’s keeping under wraps until the Super Bowl. One ad will be another Kristen Schaal-led spot titled “#TheSafeWordisUnlimited” that sounds like another 50 Shades of Grey-style spot. Finally, T-Mobile has cooked up a MetroPCS ad that’ll air after the Super Bowl.
To go along with T-Mobile’s new ads, CEO John Legere today shared a blog post on why T-Mo is one of this year’s biggest Super Bowl advertisers. You can check the whole thing out for yourself at the link below.
So what do you think of T-Mobile’s Super Bowl ads so far? How do they compare to last year’s spots with Drake and Steve Harvey?
