ZTE Blade V8 Pro now available for pre-order with 5.5-inch display, dual 13MP rear cameras
ZTE today announced an Android smartphone targeted at the US market.
The ZTE Blade V8 Pro is now official, boasting dual 13-megapixel rear cameras that let you do things like add a bokeh effect to your images. Also included with the rear cameras is a dual flash and 4K video capture. There’s an 8-megapixel camera on the front of the Blade V8 Pro, too.
ZTE’s Blade V8 Pro runs Android Marshmallow on a 5.5-inch 1920×1080 display and also includes an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, dual SIM slots (second SIM slot doubles as a microSD slot), and a fingerprint reader on the front of the unit. Powering the Blade V8 Pro is a 3,140mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 support.
When it comes to cellular connectivity, the Blade V8 Pro includes support for GSM 850/900/1800/1900, UMTS 850/1900/AWS/2100, and LTE bands 2/4/5/7/12. ZTE tells me that the Blade V8 Pro offers support for T-Mobile band 12 LTE and VoLTE, but not Wi-Fi Calling.
If the ZTE Blade V8 Pro is piquing your interest, you can pre-order the unlocked model right now for $229.98. Anyone that orders between now and January 17 will receive a free protective case for their new phone.
