Last week, the Lumia Cyan/Windows Phone 8.1 update finally arrived for the Nokia Lumia 925 on T-Mobile. And at some point over the past couple of days, the same updated landed for T-Mo’s popular budget-friendly Lumia 521. The updates were both confirmed by Microsoft exec, Joe Belfiore on Twitter today.
Hey T-Mo Lumia 521 & 925 users! Cyan/ WP8.1 updates are rolling out now! Go to settings->phone update and “check for update”…

T-Mobile updated its support pages with the update information, and as well as being equipped with Windows Phone 8.1, the device now has access to the free inflight Wi-Fi texting on GoGo flights.
File size is around 320MB and shouldn’t take too long to download an install. Head on over to your phone settings, and check for the update manually and you should find it there.
