Following on from a Samsung announcement that the new Gear S smartwatch would be available in the U.S. some time this fall, T-Mobile got in touch to confirm that it will be one of the carriers offering the latest Samsung wearable device. It will be available on EIP, but no specific pricing has been announced.
Of interest to me is seeing how it plays with current T-Mo plans. The Gear S – as you may know – comes equipped with a SIM card reader, which means you should be able to pop in a SIM with a data/mobile broadband plan if you wish to. At least, that’s what makes sense to me. T-Mobile will announce further details next month.
