T-Mobile announced late last night it will supplement its upfront iPhone 5 pricing with a special trade-in offer. The offer, which lasts through Father’s Day on June 16th, will allow well-qualified customers to bring in their iPhone 4S or iPhone 4 devices to get the iPhone 5 for $0 down plus monthly payments. Depending on the value of their older iPhone 4 or 4S device, customers can also receive an extra credit of up to $120 good toward their monthly payments, existing T-Mobile bill, accessories or toward another device.

T-Mobile’s iPhone 5 sales will start on Friday, April 12th at 9am at all company-owned retail stores nationwide, as well T-Mobile.com. Well-qualified buyers will find the iPhone 5 available for a $99.99 down payment with 24 monthly payments of $20 per month before the trade-in offer. iPhone 4 and 4S devices will be available for sale in select markets based on T-Mobile’s current or future network refarming plans.
