If this ninja shot proves accurate, T-Mobile is set to introduce revamped Family Plans on May 22nd which streamline their existing offerings. The picture tells most of the story but lets see if we can’t break it down a little more. Gone are the existing 1,500 and 750 minute plans and introduced are the 1,000 and 2000 minute plans.

For $99 you will get two lines with unlimited talk and text. Adding data to the first two lines will bring you to $119 for 200MB of data, $139.99 for 2GB, $159.99 for 5GB and $219.99 for 10GB. What we can’t ascertain from the picture alone is what the additional charge for data is for the 3rd, 4th and 5th line users. Adding the 3rd, 4th and 5th line users for talk and text will cost $10 per person for 500 minutes and $30 per person for unlimited minutes but the cost of data for those lines remain a mystery.

$79.99 will get 2,000 minutes but T-Mobile is really looking to push the unlimited plan by not making text or data available for the middle option. Customers will have to ultimately choose between 1,000 minutes and unlimited talk and text. While we appreciate the simplified options there is a big difference between choosing 1,000 minutes and unlimited not to mention the overall price difference.

The 1,000 minute plan will cost you $59.99 for two lines with talk or $79.99 for 1,000 minutes with texting. In terms of data 200MB will cost you $99.99, 2GB will cost $119.99, 5Gb will cost $139.99 and 10GB of data will cost $199.99.

The bottom line is that this image leaves us with a lot of questions and as its a leak and a ninja shot we aren’t likely to get everything answered until T-Mobile makes an official announcement.
