Normally we wouldn’t bring you this much news on one phone, but we have to admit, the somewhat-sexy 5310 definitely has impressed us much more then we expected. Again, in case you for some reason don’t know, we can expect the Nokia 5310 to be released on the 28th in Purple, Red, and Orange. Check the column to the right to see exactly how long until the phone is available* to purchase. Pictures include unboxing, accessories, and part of the Nokia music promotion also starting on the 28th. Check Nokia’s Promotional Site for the terms, conditions, and more.

Update: It turns out you do NOT have to purchase a new phone to enter into the contest!

Update 2: It looks like if you want to pick up a 5310 now, you can head over to Best Buy and pick one up. Sounds like they have had them there for the last two or three days.

Well what do we have here, the very first spy shots of the T-mobile 5310 in the wild. Based on whats popping up from a member on our forum the phone has started to arrive in stores preparing itself for the release on the 28th. TmoNews obtained some spy shots of the black/orange variant, but for those looking to color coordinate their phones, three variants will be released on the May 28th. The pictures show the black/orange, however a black/purple and black/red variants will also be available. On the 28th this phone will be available at the awfully low price of $49.99 with a 2 year prison sentence contract. Not a bad offering given the fact that it comes with a 1GB memory card, though the phone can manage 4GB of your music pleasure. Its an edge offering only (dodging rocks) so for those still waiting for some 3G love, keep waiting.

The Nokia 5310 will be released on May 28th. But that is not all, on the same day, T-mobile will launch a huge Nokia Music Promotion. With T-mobile and Nokia teaming up, you can’t really go wrong, right? Customers who purchase a Nokia 5310 on or after May 28th will receive free downloads of themes, wallpapers, and other customizable features for their new music phones. But wait folks, thats not all! If you purchase a 5310, you will be able to head over to a promotional website, enter a number from the 5310 box, and be entered into T-mobile and Nokia ran contest. What does the winner get, you ask? Well it seems like there is not going to be one winner, but well over 10,000 winners (Could this be true?) of the grand price, which is a $100 Ticketmaster gift card, to bring yourself and a “Fave” to a concert. By the way, that is NOT the 5310 pictured above, here are some pictures of the upcoming device:

Well this is one that you may have to take with a grain of salt, but lets hope for the best! Between June 16th, and August 1st, T-mobile has 16 phones slated for release, or should we say 16 device launches. The document from which we snatched this data is indeed internal T-mobile, however usually it is more of a good guess of what will happen, rather than an set-in-stone depiction of upcoming launches. That said, 16 launches, a color refresh, and Curve and Sidekick software updates are all things to get excited about! Off the top of our head, here are a few of the upcoming devices we know of:

• 7. Shadow III (Damn, did we say that?!)

That leaves three unknown releases, given that all the listed devices will in fact launch in the next two months, which we highly doubt.

Now if only we could tell you about that awesome addition to MyT-mobile.com…but of course we can’t because we don’t want T-mobile to lose their edge in this competitive wireless industry. Update: Looks like this is coming sooner then we thought, look for an article in the next week!

We hate to be the bearer of bad news so we apologize. Please don’t shoot the messenger. Unfortunately, T-mobile has delayed the launches of the Nokia 5310 and 5610. Oh, and the Motorola Z6w? Looks like that one got some failing grades in early testing and was scrapped. Fortunately, the 5310 will launch in three colors, red, orange, and purple. We don’t know when exactly, but expect the Nokia 5310 in early June, and the 5610 in early July. On the bright side, look for an exciting site announcement, and an article or two on some sweet new services T-mobile will be offering soon!

It looks as if Nokia is T-mobile’s new Samsung. For those that don’t follow T-mobile quite as closely as we do, this just means that it looks like T-mobile has pushed their Samsung phones as much as they could, and then some, and now it is time to move on to Nokias. It seems that T-mobile is trying to clear out some lower end Nokia phones before the 5310, 5610, and 6301 all drop the third week of may. But hey, if you live in New York, LA, or Miami, you might want to grab a 3G-enabled 3555. Like it says, these prices should be available at about 12:00 PM tomorrow, April 23rd, and will be discontinued on May 13th.

Like we said in a previously written article, it is about to rain Nokias, and Ladies and gentleman here comes the rain! The Nokia 5610 and the 5310 will be out on May 21st. With a decent camera, MicroSD slot, style, and voice dialing, the 5610 is shaping up to be one of T-mobile higher-end phones. If your looking to save a little money but still keep it stylish, pick the up the 5310. Keep an eye open for documentation on the rest of T-mobile’s upcoming lineup!

Have you been looking for some confirmation on when those Nokias are going to drop? Well here it is. The Nokia 5310 and 5610 will be launched on May 21st, no doubt about it. The Hotspot@Home friendly 6301 seems to be getting released on the 19th. Also, for those interested in the new colors for the W490, it looks like you will see Heather Grape and Bubble Gum launched on Monday May 5th. We’re still in for a color-refresh on the 12th, maybe just a black with red accents W490, or for you Pearl 2 8120 hopefuls, it could be some new 8120 colors. Oh, so you want to know more huh? Well I guess we can do that. Starting June 1st we should see a big new advertising campaign titled “Coverage Is Personal.” This campaign ends on June 25th, but as to not let you down, that so happens to be the day T-mobile is nationally launching T-mobile TalkForever II, with the new router and Vtech cordless phone. One final note, the Motorola Z6w is no longer listed as an upcoming phone. We are working to confirm this, but those Z6w hopefuls may have to snatch one off of ebay.

We saw here that T-mobile added a sticker to their accessories stating their compatibility with Nokia models 6133, 6103, 6136, 5300, 2760, 6263, 6301, 3555, 1208, 5610, and the 5310. The bolded ones are the handsets that haven’t been released to T-mobile yet. The good news is that we can expect all five of these out in the next three months. The MyFave-less (See: Without MyFaves) 2760 and 1208 will be prepaid T-mobile handsets released on April 30th, at Wal-Mart stores on May 5th, and Target stores on May 19th. For those with standards so high that a VGA camera wont suffice, the other three Nokias should be out on May 12th, 19th, or the 21st. Hallelujah It’s raining Nokias!

Note: We have conflicting info on whether the 2760 will be prepaid or not. Lets leave it at TBD for now.
